The Bais Dolphin Watching Tour is a popular choice among travelers to Dumaguete. The starting point is Bais City, which is approximately 45.6 kilometers north of Dumaguete. The tour takes 6 to 8 hours, including travel time, which takes almost 1 hour per way. Other than that, time is spent spotting dolphins in the wild. There are numerous varieties of dolphins along Tanon Strait, which is a protected area between Negros and Cebu. The Tanon Strait is host to a very diverse marine life.

To maximize time spent during the tour, we take you to Barangay Campuyo, where the Manjuyod Sandbar is located. There are cottages located in Manjuyod for those who wish to stay overnight in the middle of the sea but for purposes of this tour, you will be allowed to swim and sunbathe and even snorkel, if you so wish.

The Talabong Islet is also a highlight during the Bais Dolphin and Manjuyod Sandbar Tour. The size of this mangrove islet is around 400 hectares, by far the largest in Negros. Migratory birds often visit the place, as with other wildlife.
